Hello, I am Hope, a 28 year old female digital artist from the United States. I have been drawing characters, and fantasy and fan art for most of my life.
I love to do character art and illustrations, as well as depicting real people in my art style. My art style ranges from semi-realistic to cartoon depending on the content, and I do pixel art on the side. I also take commissions for my work.

Some sections may have add ons for any additions you may wish to make to the illustration. These will be added on to the base price of whichever commission you chose.

Some minor changes or details may be requested without a fee. These include but are not limited to: Colored or black & White coloring; colored or black outlines; a simple background, such as a flat color, a gradient, or basic shapes or designs; a very simple animation, such as stars twinkling or something shining; or outline styles, such as penciled, thin, rough, or marker outlines. Other options may be available at your request.


Character Illustrations

Digital drawings done of a person or character. This ranges from headshots, to fullbody, to character sheets.


Pixel Art

Pixel art of character sprites or scenery.
This ranges from limited, 8 bit pixel art to detailed, large sprites.


Graphic Illustrations

Vectors or other graphical designs done of objects, icons, or logos.

Detailed BackgroundFor adding rendered or complex backgrounds, such as a full scene. This also includes drawing an object a character is interacting with, such as sitting on a chair. The price will depend on how detailed the background is. Any very simplistic backgrounds (shapes, patterns, very minor details in the background, etc.) are free.+$25-$100
Extra CharactersIf you wish for extra people to be involved in a picture, I will allow up to a maximum of 3 extra characters with this fee. How I calculate the price for the extra characters will be that I take the current price agreed upon for one character, and charge half of that per additional character.Half the total price of the piece for one character, per character

Pixel Art

SceneryAn option similar to a background, but it may be a simple object with transparency. Such as a tree or boulder that the character is in front of or interacting with.$20+
Animated SpriteAn animation added to a sprite to give it movement of some sorts. Complexity of the animation will affect price, with blinking and breathing being the cheapest.$30+

Terms of
service

By hiring me for a commissioned piece, you hereby agree to all Terms of Service, regardless of whether or not you have read them. These Terms of Service are liable to changes as per the artists' will and will always be enforced for past, present, and future clients. If a client fails to follow these Terms of Service, then the artist reserves the right to withhold the commissioned piece.-----------Definitions:
Artist: The individual creating the Commissioned art piece. ("Hope", "ElegantHope", "ElegantExcalibur")
Commission: The service provided by the Artist of an illustration that is being paid for by the client.
"Commission," "Drawing," "Illustration," "Art(work)," and "Piece" are used interchangeably here within the Terms of Service and with any form of contact with the Client.
Client: The individual that purchased the Commission. "Client" is used interchangeably here within the Terms of Service and with any form of contact with the Client.
Finished Piece: The final state of the Commission upon delivery and Payment. "Finished Commission," "Final Product," and "Finished Art(work)" are used interchangeably here within the Terms of Service and with any form of contact with the Client.
Payment: The currency traded for a Commission by the Client.
Start of Work: The period of time in which the Artist has begun work
Update(s): Any examples of the WIP Commission provided by the Artist to a Client.
Work(s) In Progress: The Commission in its incomplete state, before the Finished Product. "WIP(S)" are used interchangeably here within the Terms of Service and with any form of contact with the Client.
-----------I. GENERAL TERMS.Please be clear and concise with what you want. Updates will be provided to the Client so that they may request up until the piece is considered finished by both the artist and client. Any changes requested after this point will face a charge starting from $10 and increasing depending on how much is requested to be changed.I will not do any form of porn, nudity, or fetish art. I will also not do extreme gore or art depicting specific sensitive or immoral topics such as pedophilia, rape, or child abuse. If you are unsure if your commission falls under this term, please consult me.II. PAYMENTI will take payment either upfront or after the piece is finished. If you chose to pay me after the piece is finish, I have the right to withhold the full piece until the payment is received.I will only take payments through ℙαyραℓ, which will be supplied to the client when discussing pricing. All of my prices are USD ($) based and will be subject to changes from time to time. I have the right to reject payments that are not through ℙαyραℓ.III. PROCESSThe Artist possesses the right to work at their own pace on the WIP Art. They shall provide Updates at their own rate, but may provide Updates out of courtesy at the request of the Client.The Commission will be worked on as timely of a manner as the Artist can provide. This may take up to 3 months depending on the following: Physical & Mental Health, Commission complexity, Prior Obligations, Friend or Family issues, Work, or School.If any of the above occurs, the Artist may, out of Courtesy, notify the Client of any delays or difficulties.IV. Refusal of OffersThe Artist reserves the right to decline any commission without providing a reason or a response. Any responses and reasoning may be supplied as a courtesy to the potential Client.IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the Artist, hold and reserve every right to the produced Drawing.Therefore I, the Artist, have the right to use the Copyrighted Artwork to:
Post, promote, and share the Commission in either state of WIP or Finished Artwork.
Display the Finished Piece anywhere I chose.
Use the Commission in the Future as an example of a Commission to future Clients.
The Client is allowed to:
Use the Commission for Personal use, such as to Share, Post, or Promote the Commission with credit to the Artist.
Print or Produce physical objects with the Commission on it with no fee, barring mass produced instances of Commercial Use.
Claim ownership of the specific character or design used in the Commission, but not the Art itself.
Provide the Commission as a gift to another Person, with some form of credit to the Artist
If the Copyright is infringed upon for Commercial use or if the Client or other Persons claim ownership of the commissioned Artwork. I, the Artist, reserve the right to take away the rights to the Artwork of the Client and any Persons they have shared the Artwork with.The following will be counted as Copyright Infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning profiting off of the art in any way, including using the art for NFTs or as assets in media such as video games.)
Claiming credit for the creation of the Artwork, or otherwise erasing the Artist's work on the Commission.
Removing the Watermark put on the Artwork by the Artist without the Artist's permission.
Using the artwork for any form of AI art generation or prompts.
Artwork for Commercial Work must be consulted with between the Artist and Client before or at the Start of Work. The Artist reserves the right to add on an additional fee or Liscence for Commercial Work dependent on the Piece and Commercial usage. If this information is withheld, the Artist is given the right to Cancel the piece and take away the rights of the Client to the Artwork. The Artist also reserves the right to revoke rights to a commissioned piece if it is intentionally used for NFTs.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYBoth the Artist and Client have the right to cancel the Commission at any point before the Finished Piece is supplied. If the Art is cancelled before this point, a refund of any payment will be supplied upon cancellation. The Artist requests that the Client does not ask for a ℙαyραℓ Chargeback, as the Artist will directly refund the money their self. Any Chargeback attempts will null any refunds on the art.Only the Artist reserves all rights to the unfinished Art and may do with it as they wish. Any sharing or posting of unpaid for Art by the Client will be contested as Copyright Infringement.
